Two twins living on separate continents met up in Ireland and traveled to England.  In England, they both exhibited erratic and criminal behavior resulting in the death of a British man.  The court claimed it was "Folie a deux" or a madness shared by two.  But was it a convenient cover up for government missteps in the investigation of a drug ring?  Or is there something even more shocking to blame - like government research or super soldiers?
