We are drinking some high tea and going back to England to talk about Queen Elizabeth I… not to be confused with the queen that just passed away. RIP. We’re talking about Queen Elizabeth today because… guys… she could have been a man. Queen Elizabeth I is the last of the Tudor monarchy in old England. She was the daughter of the infamous King Henry VIII, and lived from 1533-1603, when she died at age 69. She was known for being the Virgin Queen because she never took a husband, and pledged herself to the service of England. During her reign she restored England to the Protestant Church, she executed the Queen of the Scots, Mary Stuart, and led the country to defeat the Spanish Armada. But was Queen Elizabeth really the virgin queen? Was it her who actually reigned for 54 years, or was it an impostor put forth to continue the Tudor dynasty?
