Our drink check today was created by a reddit user, and called the Mandela.  It is a spin on the classic Aviation cocktail. 

Step 1: Make your Creme de Butterlfy
Step 2: Combine your ingredients (we used fresh squeezed lemon juice)
Step 3: Pour over ice and enjoy!
