This week, we paired Chardonnay with our cheese tasting, per the recommendation of our very own wine expert.  We selected Wente Morning Fog Chardonnay, a buttery California Chardonnay with hints of honey, vanilla, apple, and oak, with a creamy finish.  It also pairs well with fish, chicken, and veal.
