In honor of the Norwegian setting for this weeks episode, we are having a Crowberry Spritzer

Ingredients:

2 oz chilled crowberry liqueur (We used Icelandic because that is what we had on hand)

4 oz chilled sparkling wine (such as Champagne or Prosecco)

Instructions:

Pour the crowberry juice into a champagne flute.

Top with the chilled sparkling wine.

Gently stir to combine.

Garnish with a few fresh crowberries, if available.
